Do I need an account?
No. Standard meal reservations can be made without an account. Monthly Plans and Loyal Customer status require an account.
How do I pay?
Pay at pickup when your meal is served or collected.

When do I need to reserve?
Complete your reservation before 17:00 on the previous day. Same-day reservations are not available.
Can I cancel?
A standard reservation may be cancelled before its Service Day cutoff. Read the Terms & Conditions for details.
